Emma has worked in the financial services industry for over 25 years, working as a financial adviser for a number of different companies including Black Horse (Lloyds bank), Chambers IFAs and Stirling Associates.  This experience has allowed Town & Country to adopt the best practises from all her previous firms and at the same time avoid the mistakes others have made.

In her free time Emma enjoys walking with the dogs, eating out and shopping with her daughter.

Reflecting on her work experiences, Emma says

“I am passionate about how we treat our clients.  We treat our clients like they are part of the family, because they are, part of the Town & Country family.  When a client phones they are never greeted with a “Press 1 for this, Press 2 for that”.  Our clients are not numbers, they are family”.
